- How do you get to and around Öland?

You can easily get to Öland via the Öland Bridge from Kalmar. It is also possible buses from the mainland and between towns on the island. During the summer you can also take the bicycle ferry Dessi between Kalmar and Färjestaden. In the far north is The Öland ferry between Oskarshamn and Byxelkrok. On site, car is the easiest way to get around, and cycling is a popular alternative with many nice trails all over the island. Rent your bike here!
