The Children and the Games

10 Öland play tips

If the children are happy, the adults are happy. An epithet that most parents apply during the holidays. On Öland it is easy to make the children happy and it is easy to do sunny, fun things together. There are many natural playgrounds on Öland. Go on a journey of discovery in the landscape and experience both elves, forest, rocks, rakes and flower meadows.

Playgrounds & activity tracks

There are challenges here for both young and old. You will find them in the larger towns of Löttorp, Borgholm and Färjestaden.

Activities at campsites

Water slides, pools, playgrounds, mini golf courses and ice cream. There is plenty to do at all the island's campsites. Lundegård's campsite also has an indoor playground.

The land of boxcars

Here, it is the children who drive cars with real engines in a built-up miniature city and with roads that go through the landscape.

Bird & Seal Safari

Fascinated by the wild animals. At Ottenby and Eckel's headland, there are plenty of both birds and seals out on the rocks. Bring binoculars
