We who bake this are called Joakim & Gunilla Yngdén and we come from Borgholm, where our cracker bakery is also located. After several years in the confectionery/bakery industry, we decided to invest in something of our own, and it eventually resulted in Yngdéns Knäcke HB. Today, the company has been in existence for seven years and we bake both delicatessen crackers and Italian biscotti. We do not have our own store, but deliver to wholesalers, restaurants and delicatessens around Sweden and Denmark. Now you can have the opportunity to enjoy this fantastically good bread baked with, among other things. a. coarse rye flour, linseed, sesame and sunflower seeds. A fiber-rich and healthy slice that you can enjoy as is or with a piece of cheese and a few rings of paprika on top. For breakfast, as a snack, as a snack or as a biscuit for the cheese tray. Then you can choose our bag of Knäckisar, i.e. the small squares to put a piece of aged camembert or a spicy goat's cheese on and maybe top with a dollop of tomato marmalade. Enjoy your meal!
