Strand Hotell is one of the most popular hotels on Öland and is also one of southeast Sweden's leading conference facilities. Here we work actively to ensure that your conference is a success in every way! Everything from the smaller meeting to grand anniversary celebrations. In the summer, our popular restaurant Dockside is open, which is located along the harbor. We have a guest harbor with harbor service for 150 boats and a marine gas station.
The hotel is centrally located at Borgholm's guest harbour. Within easy walking distance you will find the royal family's summer residence Solliden, Borgholm Castle & Borgholm city centre.
Strand offers 111 rooms, ranging from single rooms to multi-bed rooms with a balcony overlooking Kalmarsund. One room adapted for accessibility and one adapted for wheelchairs. All rooms with WC, bath/shower, hairdryer, telephone, TV and radio and free WiFi. The entire hotel is non-smoking. Pets allowed in a few rooms.
