Öland body cakes

Body cakes in the Öland style are a delicacy! They are made with raw grated and boiled potatoes with a rimmed pork and onion filling, mushroom filling for a vegetarian option and served with butter, cream and lingonberry jam. Swedish, or should we say Öland home cooking at its best!
