Skäftekarr Fossil & Stone Museum
See genuine island and foreign animal fossils, crystals and odd objects from around 25 countries as well as parts of three famous meteorites. An inspiring overview of Öland and the exciting development of life from "prehistoric times to the ice age".
The museum is based on private collections over 40 years plus models and texts in comprehensible Swedish and English for a family interested in popular science.
