Two rooms in the villa, one of which is with R5520 two beds that are not joined together. The second room R5521 has three beds, one single bed and one double bed. Good beds with spring mattresses. A shared toilet and shower next to the rooms. Linen and final cleaning are included in the price.
The room can be locked with its own key and the guest gets its own key to the front door.
Smoking indoors is not allowed, pets are not allowed. The accommodation is only for guests who rent. In the garden at the back there is also a shed which is rented out to guests.

Town: Borgholm 500 m. Swimming: Sjöstugan 1 km.
Departure at 11 at the latest. Arrival at 15 at the earliest (or by arrangement).
