You will hear about different soil types with different plants that graze a cow or a goat, as well as the impact on the milk and later the cheese. Of course, we also look at different grapes in different countries and their characteristics. The cheese and wine combination is special because of how the flavors complement each other in a wonderful way. The wine's acidity and alcohol content help to break down the cheese's fat content and at the same time enhance its flavor. It is a perfect combination that has become a favorite around the world. Educational, cozy and delicious! Together with Max Rovers you will have the opportunity to try tasty wines together with cheese at our place at Hotel Skansen, near Kalmar. During the tasting you will get to try 5 different cheeses, 3-4 different wines together with some biscuits and marmalade.
