Welcome to a fantastically nice apartment of 100m² for 6 people with a sea view in the heart of Sandvik's harbour, close to restaurants, shops and the beach, as well as Öland's special alvar nature.

The apartment is 100m² on two levels with a view of the sea. On the lower level there is a large, bright living room and balcony facing the harbor and the sea. A fully equipped modern kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. On the lower level there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with underfloor heating, a shower, a toilet, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and a hall with a sofa bed 140 cm x 200 cm (the sofa bed offers the option of extra beds for a fee), TV and bathroom, also underfloor heating.
You have access to free wifi. Final cleaning can be ordered as well as a linen package at an extra cost.
Adjacent to the apartment's spacious entrance is a veranda with garden furniture that you share with two neighboring apartments. Public barbecue areas are available near the apartment by the water. Grill is available to bring. In Sandvik you can experience magnificent sunsets.
You charge the car right outside the apartment.
Very close to the apartment is the first-class Sandviks Hamnkrog, which is located on the ground floor of the house. Fish restaurant on the pier with a fish shop and an ice cream restaurant with homemade ice cream by the sea stalls, which also has flea markets and designer items.
About 100 meters away are two more restaurants, Kvarnen with Öland specialties and a pizzeria. There is also a very well-stocked ICA here. At the beach, which is 75 meters away, there is an ice cream kiosk with simpler dishes.
Sandvik has a nice pebble beach and swimming with a sandy bottom. At the beach there are both toilets and changing rooms.
For those who want to walk or cycle around Sandvik's special Alvar nature, there is the coastal road south towards Djupvik. Along the coastal road to the north are the mighty limestone quarries, some of which are still in use, and the attraction Jordhamn.
