Welcome to Mormors Pensionat Strandhagen in Stora Rör, in central Öland! A homely accommodation with a view of Kalmarsund. A calm, warm and soulful environment to experience and long for.

Mormors Pensionat Strandhagen is located on the shore of Kalmarsund, only a stone's throw from Mormors Bistro and Mormors Stenugnsbakery. Our guest house is surrounded by large inviting grassy areas, beautiful oak and hazel forest with wonderful walking paths. There are rooms here with a view of the sea or towards the greenery of the park. The delicious breakfast is taken in the dining room or outside on the terrace with the sea in the eye. The guest house has 17 rooms spread over two floors. All rooms have room for two people, choose their smaller Queen room with 140 bed and sea view or double room with two beds. You can also choose a private bathroom or a shared bathroom in the corridor. Half of the rooms have a sea view.

The boarding house is newly renovated and all rooms are bright and fresh with a boarding house feel.
There are two rooms where pets are welcome. Breakfast and linen are included in the price.

Swim from our own jetty or at the bathing area in Stora Rör.
From us you have 25 km to Kalmar, 16 km to the ferry town and 20 km to Borgholm. The perfect location for excursions around Öland.
