Kakelbreggeriet
Kackelstugan has its own microbrewery where beer of all kinds is produced. Kackelbryggeriet started just in time for the 2014 season and today supplies beer to a number of pubs and the system companies on Öland and in Kalmar.
Kackelbryggeriet constantly makes new beer in different flavors with an emphasis on mind and season. Lager and Ale are on tap all summer, and they will also serve a new tapper from time to time. Feel free to ask them what is available when you visit the Kackelstugan.
BEER SAFARI
During parts of the year, Kackelstugan also offers Ölsafari, in collaboration with Fireside brewery and Skedemosse Gårdsbryggeri. Beer safari involves three visits to local craft breweries with beer tasting, packed lunches and transport in Landrover or other off-road vehicles through the Öland landscape.
EVENT & CONFERENCE
The Kackelbryggeriet organizes together with the Kackelstugan "brewery event". For three days you can join in brewing beer, bottling bottles with your own label, drinking beer and eating good food. You combine this with hunting, fishing or bird watching. After a few weeks, you can pick up your beer at Systembolaget. They can also put together packages for companies that want to come out to the country and have a conference or kick-off. SPIRITS & WINE
Kackelbrygeriet also imports wine from South Africa and spirits from Finland, which are sold to restaurants. If you live nearby, it is also good to make a private import to your local system company.
