Friends Jenny and Linda are sitting in Gothenburg and planning this summer's big adventure. Both want to experience Öland and both want to make it as climate-smart as possible. Using the climate calculator, the choice landed on trains.
The train takes Jenny & Linda to Kalmar central, where they then change to a bus, so they cross the Öland Bridge and head towards Öland. They checked bus times via klt.se and everything felt smooth as the train station was right next to the bus station. The bus will take the girls to central Öland and Ekerum Resort Öland where a mix of active holidays with padel and golf and luxurious recovery through Ekerum's spa awaits. The friends varied between eating at the resort's own restaurant and pizzeria. Well after five days of activities, spa and good food, the girls have brought with them full energy depots and memories they will carry with them for a long time.
