Visit one of the Christmas markets with a long tradition here on the island, sit in front of the fire with an exciting book and warming drink or go on an adventure in Öland's nature. There you are greeted by open views, sometimes a frosty still breeze with glistening snow in the sunshine, sometimes the smoking Fåk and sometimes a roaring sea where icy waves meet the shore.
