Haidi Björk - Designgiveriet
I am an artist who works in many different materials but mainly in textiles and glass. When working with textile prints I have moved away from the endless repetition of the report to a combination of painting and printing. I want to continue the sketching on the printing table - preserving the intuition, the whim and the joy of working throughout the process.
With glass, it is the cold glass with blasting, bending and lamination that I work with. In some projects I work with fusion and let both of my materials work together so that they reinforce each other and deepen the impression and the feeling I want to convey.
