Fredriksson's Joy of Taste
Fredriksson's Smakglädje is run by Christer and Mona who produce jams, marmalades and not least a barbecue sauce that won SM gold. There is a shop both at Solliden's castle and in Byxelkrok.
The Fredriksson products are produced by Mona and Christer with small-scale food craftsmanship and completely without additives or essences. The products give you a taste experience beyond the ordinary.
The products are certified according to Eldrimner, Äkta vara and by KRAV and have received several gold and silver medals in the Swedish food craft championships and have been selected to be part of the Nobel NightCap at the Nobel festivities for several years.
