The People's House & Cinema in Borgholm
Borgholm Folkets-hus Förening has been here in our small town since 1930. The cinema and theatre hall, built in 1920, is still the heart of the building.
We are a non-profit association that is primarily run by volunteers. Together we strive for more people to discover and participate in culture in all its forms and to show that the place you live should not be an obstacle to rich cultural experiences, even in a small town like ours. We regularly show a varied selection of films but also have theater performances, lectures and similar events.
