Sea trout has no restrictions, there are no bans on fishing and the best period is in the spring, which is March, April and May. It is considered that the sea trout fishing is brilliant in this part of the Baltic Sea and it is advantageously fished with a fly if it is not too windy.

Large pike, not infrequently weighing more than ten kilos, can be caught in Grankullaviken. The best pike fishing is carried out towards the autumn after the summer, i.e. the end of August to October.
Flounder is excellent with only hook, sinker and bait.

Fishing is prohibited 500 meters north and south of Åbybäcken's mouth from first October to December. Minimum size of sea trout is 50 cm.
