Birding / Wading

On May 16th it is time to meet the waders who are on their way to their breeding grounds. In a lovely evening walk along the coast we hope to meet all sorts of late Arctic waders who are on their long journey north to breed. We will do this in a classic wader-dense area on the east side of the island around Stenåsa. We will be moving in the area between Stenåsa ör and Stora ören. Meeting at 5:00 PM at the reception at Stenåsa Stugor & Camping. For a small fee of 50 SEK/person, which of course goes to ÖOF's bird conservation work, you can get this lovely viewing walk.
