Sausage Olle
KorvOlle offers a large menu with 20 different quality sausages. They are served with various accessories such as sauerkraut, ajvar sauce, or pickled cucumber salad with mashed potatoes, sourdough bread or potato salad.
It is not an ordinary fast food sausage, but it is quality and good craftsmanship. You should be able to get your fill on 100 kroner and can find something for all ages. We have good beers and good summer wine. You can also take home shopping from our sausage shop, where there are also fine pinals for the summer cottage or campsite.
