I was born and raised in Kalmar but have spent most of my adult life in the Stockholm area. After retirement I have lived in Kalmar and on Öland for just over ten years.
I developed an interest in art during my studies, but it took off more after retirement when I deepened my interest and knowledge during my time in Stockholm.
Together with my husband Bosse, I have had solo exhibitions in Stockholm but have also participated in group exhibitions in the Stockholm area as well as in Kalmar and on Öland.
I initially worked with watercolor, but in recent years I have mainly devoted myself to oil painting. I have also worked with the somewhat less known technique of hot beeswax paint (encaustic art).
