I have always enjoyed drawing and painting, but it was only in 1999 that I decided to take my dream of learning to paint watercolor seriously. So I signed up for a course at ABF. And I continued there for several years.
During my working life, I was a middle school and special education teacher, and in recent years a library and IT educator in Hammarkullen in Gothenburg. I have now been retired for twelve years and can paint whenever I want.
My motifs are taken from photographs that I or others have taken. Many are from Öland, but I always take photos when I'm out and about.
