Anastasia sings Alf Robertson

Anastasía is an artist, singer and musician with roots in Greek folk tradition, country but also many other styles. As a member and artist in a number of different bands and projects, she has established a strong presence on the local scene and a reputation as one of the greatest singing talents from the city's rich and vibrant music scene in recent years. Including the legendary prog band Nynningen, the psych pop band Givana, the cover trio Country Efter Jobbet and the Greek folk band Greek Folk Collective with Stefan Missios, among others. She has constantly jumped on various exciting collaborations and sings on Tomma Intet's genre hit Det Stora Blå and Stefans Sundströms Farväl Romina. But Anastasia's participation in the trio Country Efter Jobbet has been particularly significant for the choice of debut album. For the past five years, they have regularly performed an appreciated Alf Robertson program at the usually packed Fyrens Ölkafé in Gothenburg. This has developed a deep and personal relationship with Robertson's songs and lyrics. For Anastasia, music is ultimately about community. She describes the meeting with the audience and other artists and musicians as something spiritual, a moment where people share feelings and experiences beyond words.
