Fredriks Bröd & Bakverk - An artisanal bakery. Here you will find sourdough bread, buns and cakes of high quality. Everything is made on site with carefully selected ingredients. The Stone Oven Bakery is located by Färjestaden's harbor on Södra Hamnplan, with a view of Kalmarsund. Easily accessible both for those who want to have a coffee here and for those who want to buy good bread and good pastries home.
Fredrik Johansson Wingqvist comes from Långlöt and has now returned to Öland after having a career as a pastry chef in Stockholm.
During his 10 years in Stockholm, Fredrik has worked at several reputable bakeries. A highlight in his career was when he won Olympic gold with the Stockholm culinary team in 2012. He has also won silver in the Pastry Chef of the Year competition in 2011.
